Joint Holiness Convention & Seminar Series

                                                                                                                                  

Once again the Church of God Reformation Movement, The Church of the Nazarene, The Wesleyan Holiness Church and the Christian Union Church will be hosting a Joint Holiness Convention and Seminar Series. The series of events will be held under the theme "Christians Untied but United...Connecting Family, Church and Nation to Christ" begins on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium with a celebration service.  Rev. Dr. Carlisle Williams is the scheduled speaker for the opening service. The services will continue nightly on October 11, 12, 13 and 15, 2010 at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre and will take the following forms:

Monday, 11th at 7.00pm


Target Audience: Ministers, Leaders and Spouses:
Theme: “Breaking the Silence in Ministry.”
Format: Lecture/Discussion

Tuesday, 12th at 7.00pm

Target Audience: Married Couples
Theme: “Keeping the Covenant-I do, I don’t.”
Format: Lecture/Discussion
Presenter: Rev Haynesley Griffith

Theme: “Significant Singles”
Format: Lecture/Discussion
Presenter: Paulette Cheltenham

Wednesday, 13th 7.00pm

Theme: “Family Enrichment - Keys to Financial Success & Estate Management”
Format: Panel Discussion

Friday, 14th at 7.00pm

Theme: “I am, I can”
Format: Talent Xpression

The objective of this year's holiness convention and seminar series is, “To give heed to the clarion call issued in this season for families to stem the flow of decadency and empower significant others to the maximum exercise of their gifts and abilities within the range of responsibilities given by God.”
